- In English class we were told to organize our references and use scholarly resources, therefore is there a filtering option that can identify the different types of resources or organize according to the types of bridges?
- How else is it possible to identify if a resource is scholarly and deals with bridges without having to look at the content?
- How would we research about different Truss structures within the truss topic. For example which is the most efficient structure for our project's purpose?

Week 1: TeamWork
Week 1: Teamwork
Teamwork is something we become accustomed to throughout our life. Though the ever-mixing people we team with takes some time to become accustomed to. In this case we are all friends, and we all think differently, so this means there might be disagreements between us. Or the way one person perceives a situation maybe a better or not as good as another persons perception. So we can talk it out and come to a basis on what is the best possible route to solving the issue on hand. Since we already have our roles in the group, this is a way we can hold disputes to a minimum, since everyone has their own responsibility, we have to worry about our responsibilities first then others, and if one person were to have an issue, then talking it out is the least of our worries, since communication between the three of us is very open. All in all we should not have communication problems within the group, nor should we have problems working as a team, since we are all pretty good friends, which leaves arguments, and disputes to a minimum and maximizes calm, enriching conversations between the group.

Week 1: Team Work
Working as teams is a very effective and learning experience that will happen all throughout college and also during work. Being effective as a team is very important, because it reflects on how successful the final outcome the project will be. First of all, we already have formed groups with close friends; therefore already know that each of us is intelligent, dedicated, and punctual. We should be able to work peacefully together because we had experiences together and also know how each of us thinks. In another words, already knowing each other, we should be able to successfully move through the stages of team work such as forming, storming, norming and performing. We have already discussed what roles each person will be responsible in this project, such as Jaimon is the webpage technician, Sachin is the budget/materials supervisor, and I will be the bridge developer. In addition, we have been in the process of agreeing upon what times the group should meet to work on the project, such as Mondays and Tuesdays will be excellent ideas since labs are on Wednesdays. Everyone must come to team meeting, which will be held during consentient times, because they are an inevitable part of teamwork and a successful project. I believe we will be good with avoiding arguments and disputes since we are good friends. If any team member disapproves or wants to imper vise other team member’s ideas, they should speak freely to the group. The decision will be made with the most votes or the use of a third party mediator. Overall, this group is excellent with communication and team work.
TEAMWORK (week 1)
Working in a team is a wonderful learning experience as well as challenging task in life. We have already formed a group that has the required complementary skills and a compatible schedule. There are several responsibilities that need to be addressed prior to starting the team project. Communication is an important factor that allows a group to work efficiently. A major challenge would be meeting up during weekends and late nights, because everyone in the group commutes to Drexel. Therefore, we would have set up group meetings that will is compatible with everyone’s schedule during daytime. We will plan on meeting up at least twice a week outside of class to assure everyone is on the right track.
Making decisions is another major issue that needs to be addressed. As we move through each phase, we are bound to disagree with each other’s ideas. When these types of issues arise, we would make sure everyone gets a chance to speak their mind and gets acknowledged at the group meetings. Everyone would take the initiative to find a compromise or go with the decision that majority of the group agrees. During every group meeting we will set up an agenda for the coming week and make the agenda available for everyone in the group to stay focused and prepared. Overall, the group has been excellent with communicating and appears to understand each other really well.
