TEAMWORK (week 1)
Working in a team is a wonderful learning experience as well as challenging task in life. We have already formed a group that has the required complementary skills and a compatible schedule. There are several responsibilities that need to be addressed prior to starting the team project. Communication is an important factor that allows a group to work efficiently. A major challenge would be meeting up during weekends and late nights, because everyone in the group commutes to Drexel. Therefore, we would have set up group meetings that will is compatible with everyone’s schedule during daytime. We will plan on meeting up at least twice a week outside of class to assure everyone is on the right track.
Making decisions is another major issue that needs to be addressed. As we move through each phase, we are bound to disagree with each other’s ideas. When these types of issues arise, we would make sure everyone gets a chance to speak their mind and gets acknowledged at the group meetings. Everyone would take the initiative to find a compromise or go with the decision that majority of the group agrees. During every group meeting we will set up an agenda for the coming week and make the agenda available for everyone in the group to stay focused and prepared. Overall, the group has been excellent with communicating and appears to understand each other really well.
